Richmond, often called Richmond/Knob Hill, is an inner-city community in southwest Calgary between 17 Avenue and 33 Avenue SW, on both sides of Crowchild Trail. Its curved streets were replotted in the late 1940s and built up through the 1950s, and Crowchild Trail cut it in two when it opened in 1967. Since the early 2000s, new infills have replaced many of the original bungalows.
123 homes sold over the last 12 months, almost all detached homes and semis. Detached homes went for about $700K to $1.50M, and semis for about $868K to $1.24M. Below you'll find the live listings, then prices, the Richmond Green park project, schools and how Richmond compares with its neighbours.
