Glenbrook is a 1950s community in southwest Calgary, between 37 Street SW and Sarcee Trail, from 26 Avenue south to Richmond Road. It started as the Holmpatrick subdivision in the Municipal District of Springbank, and was annexed and renamed in the 1950s. Its streets are lined with original bungalows, with a steady stream of new semis and infills replacing them.
It's one of the busier markets on the west side, with 139 sales over the last 12 months spread across almost every home type: townhomes from about $245K, detached bungalows from about $650K, and new semis up to about $1.01M. The live listings come first, followed by what each home type sells for, the schools, transit and how Glenbrook stacks up against its neighbours.
