Lincoln Park is a small southwest Calgary community on the west side of Crowchild Trail, just north of Glenmore Trail. Most of its land is taken up by Mount Royal University, and the homes around the campus are almost all condos and townhomes, the bulk of them built between the 1980s and the 2000s. Before any of that, this was an air force station: a training airfield from the 1930s that closed in 1964.
53 homes sold over the last 12 months, and 51 of them were condos, mostly for about $226K to $315K. Below are the live listings, then condo prices and fees, the campus, transit and a side-by-side look at the neighbours.
