Currie Barracks, now usually just called Currie, is a newer master-planned community on the former Canadian Forces Base Calgary, west of Crowchild Trail and right beside Mount Royal University. The base opened in 1935 and closed in 1998, and Canada Lands Company, whose holdings now sit under Build Canada Homes, has been redeveloping it as the third and final phase after Garrison Woods and Garrison Green, keeping the historic Parade Square and several original base buildings.
Almost every home here was built since 2011, from condos and townhomes to large detached homes. 61 sold over the last 12 months: condos for about $257K to $447K, and detached homes for about $1.29M to $1.93M. The live listings are below, followed by detailed prices, the parks, transit and how Currie compares.
