Killarney/Glengarry is an inner-city community in southwest Calgary, between 17 Avenue SW and Richmond Road, from 25A Street west to 37 Street SW. The streets were laid out in 1906 on a grid of 25- and 50-foot lots, but little was built until after the Second World War, when small bungalows filled them in. Over the last two decades many of those bungalows have been replaced, and today it's one of the most active infill markets in the inner southwest.
218 homes sold over the last 12 months. New semis were the biggest group, mostly at about $803K to $1.24M, with townhomes from about $313K and condos from about $201K.
