Parkhill is an inner-city community on the escarpment above the Elbow River, between Macleod Trail and the river, just south of Mission and Erlton. Established in 1910, it takes its name from the hill rising above Stanley Park, the riverside park with an outdoor pool that sits inside the community. Its streets mix century-old houses, 1950s and 1960s homes, new infills and low-rise condos.
38 homes sold over the last 12 months: detached homes for about $802K to $2.38M, plus semis, townhomes and condos. The live listings come next, then prices by home type, Stanley Park, the CTrain and how Parkhill compares.
