Cliff Bungalow is a small, leafy inner-city community between 17 Avenue SW and the Elbow River, west of 4 Street, tucked below the escarpment of Cliff Street. It was planned around 1909 to 1910 by the Olmsted landscape firm for the Canadian Pacific Railway, as an eastern extension of Mount Royal, and it still has Edwardian houses set back behind gardens on tree-lined streets, mixed with walk-up apartments.
35 homes sold over the last 12 months: 25 condos, mostly for about $170K to $414K, and 9 detached houses, most of them character homes, for about $797K to $1.48M. Listings for sale now are below, followed by prices for each home type, Western Canada High School, the river and how Cliff Bungalow compares.
