Erlton is a small inner-city community on the Elbow River, just south of Stampede Park, between the river and Macleod Trail. It began as two neighbourhoods, Parkview in 1906 and Erlton in 1910, and a rail line once ran through it. When the line closed, the rail yard became Lindsay Park, and most of the homes north of 25 Avenue were rebuilt as condos and townhomes in the 1990s and 2000s.
38 homes sold over the last 12 months: condos for about $372K to $518K, larger than most inner-city units, and townhomes from about $500K. Below are the live listings, then prices, the sport centre, the CTrain and how Erlton compares.
