Downtown West End is the residential west end of Calgary's downtown, between the Bow River and the CPR tracks, from 9 Street west to 14 Street SW. Its streets are part of the grid the Canadian Pacific Railway laid out in 1884, but today the area is almost entirely high-rise condos and rental towers, most built in the 2000s, with the Bow River pathway along the north edge.
Nearly every home is in a building of five storeys or more (all occupied homes were, in the 2021 census). 60 condos sold over the last 12 months, mostly for about $268K to $465K. The live listings are below, followed by condo prices and fees, Cowboys Park, the CTrain and how Downtown West End compares.
