Calgary's Chinatown sits on the Bow River at the north edge of downtown, along Centre Street between Eau Claire and East Village. Chinese merchants opened laundries on Stephen Avenue in the 1880s, soon after the railway arrived, and the community has been part of downtown ever since. Today it is a small district of restaurants, bakeries and shops around the Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre, with condo towers rising behind them.
47 condos sold over the last 12 months, mostly for about $241K to $605K, many in newer buildings. The live listings are below, followed by condo prices and fees, landmarks, transit and how Chinatown compares.
