Elboya is an inner-south community on the slope above the Elbow River, between Elbow Drive and Macleod Trail, north of 50 Avenue SW. Like neighbouring Britannia, it was planned and sold by the City of Calgary, and most of its first homes went up after 1947, when the Leduc oil discovery set off a building boom. Today original bungalows sit beside large new custom homes, with a few apartment buildings toward Macleod Trail.
19 homes sold over the last 12 months, almost all detached, with most going for about $910K to $3.54M. Below are the live listings, then prices, schools, Stanley Park and how Elboya compares.
