Palliser is a 1960s community in southwest Calgary, between 90 Avenue and Southland Drive, from 19 Street west to 24 Street SW. It's named for Captain John Palliser, who led a British survey expedition across the Prairies in the 1850s, and until 1991 it also included what is now Pump Hill. Its mix of detached homes, townhomes and apartments sits around Southland Leisure Centre, with the Glenmore Reservoir a short distance north.
38 homes sold over the last 12 months, spread across every home type: townhomes for about $366K to $441K, condos for about $288K to $466K and detached homes from about $729K. Below are the live listings, then prices, the leisure centre, schools and how Palliser compares.
