Haysboro is a 1958 community in south-central Calgary, between Heritage Drive and Southland Drive, from 14 Street SW east to Macleod Trail. It was once Harry Hays's dairy farm. Hays sold the farm to developers in 1959, the year he was elected mayor, and most homes went up in the late 1950s and 1960s. Today it has bungalow streets on either side of Elbow Drive, apartment towers by the Heritage CTrain station, and six schools inside its boundary.
It's an active market: 121 homes sold over the last 12 months, about half detached and half condos. Detached homes mostly went for about $545K to $824K, and condos for about $174K to $303K. The live listings are below, followed by prices, schools, the CTrain and how Haysboro compares.
