Chinook Park is a 1959 community in southwest Calgary, between 75 Avenue and Heritage Drive SW, from 14 Street east to Elbow Drive. According to the City's Heritage Communities plan, it takes its name from the racetrack and polo field that once stood here, and today it's a quiet district of 1950s and 1960s homes on wide, treed lots, a few minutes from Heritage Park, the Glenmore Reservoir and Chinook Centre.
More than eight in ten homes are single-detached and owner-occupied, and 17 sold over the last 12 months, detached homes mostly for about $782K to $1.61M. Below are the live listings, then prices, schools, transit and how Chinook Park compares.
