Point McKay is a small riverfront community in northwest Calgary, between Bowness Road and the Bow River, next to Parkdale and Montgomery. It was built as one planned project by Campeau Corporation from 1977, on the site of the old Cinema Park drive-in, and it has no detached houses at all: just townhomes and a few apartment towers beside the river pathway.
36 homes sold over the last 12 months: townhomes for about $519K to $729K, and condos for about $316K to $393K. The live listings are below, followed by prices, condo fees, the river and how Point McKay compares.
