Rosedale is a small, leafy community on the North Hill escarpment, directly across the Bow River from downtown. Its south edge is Crescent Road and McHugh Bluff, with one of the best-known views of the downtown skyline and the mountains in the city. The streets were laid out in 1909, and most homes were built in two waves, in the late 1920s and the late 1940s.
It's almost entirely detached houses, and almost nine in ten households own their home, so very few come up for sale. 14 sold over the last 12 months, for about $916K to $1.68M. The live listings are below, followed by prices, the bluff, schools and how Rosedale compares.
