Patterson is a hilltop community on Calgary's west side, between Sarcee Trail, Bow Trail and 69 Street SW, just above the Bow River valley. It was long known as Broadcast Hill, after the CFCN tower that has stood here since 1961, and it housed the media village for the 1988 Winter Olympics. From the upper streets, residents look west to the Rockies and east to downtown.
Most homes are townhomes and condos from the 1980s and 1990s, with large view homes on the upper crescents. 93 homes sold over the last 12 months: townhomes for about $408K to $690K, and detached homes for about $1.07M to $1.70M. The live listings are below, followed by detailed prices by home type, the parks, transit and how Patterson compares.
