Southview is a small 1950s community in southeast Calgary, south of 17 Avenue SE (International Avenue) and west of 36 Street SE, on the slope above the Bow River. It was laid out in 1950, before the Town of Forest Lawn joined Calgary, and many streets look west toward downtown.
It's almost all bungalows on big lots, and very few come up for sale: 16 homes sold over the last 12 months, for about $449K to $591K. The live listings are below, followed by prices, suites, transit and how Southview compares.
