2025 Rundle Real Estate Sales Data

According to CREB Pillar 9 sales data, Rundle recorded 12 total residential sales in Q1 2026, down 29.41 percent year over year against a Q1 10-year average of 21 sales. The decline reflects constrained supply rather than weak demand, average inventory dropped to just 11 units in Q1 2026, down 19.51 percent from Q1 2025, leaving fewer homes available for buyers to purchase.

New listings reached 24 in Q1 2026 against a 10-year Q1 average of 34, pushing the sales-to-new-listings ratio to 50.00 percent from a 10-year average of 62.4 percent. Homes that did sell moved quickly, averaging 30 days on market, well below the 10-year Q1 average of 39 days, and sold at 95.3 percent of list price.
